Global Technical Training and Professional Skill Development
In today’s globalized workforce, the movement of skilled labor is no longer limited by regional boundaries. It represents an opportunity to elevate professional standards to an international level.
NA Bangkok Recruitment Co., Ltd. is committed to serving as a facilitator of cross-border skill transfer, enabling Thai professionals to gain hands-on experience at leading overseas enterprises under transparent and fair supervisory frameworks.
We offer a range of structured programs, among which our flagship and most established initiative is the Technical Internship Program.
Technical Internship Program (TITP)
The Technical Internship Program operates under Japan’s Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), administered by the Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO) and supervised by the Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT).
This program provides foreign nationals with the opportunity to acquire technical skills and professional experience in Japan, with the objective of transferring knowledge and expertise back to their home countries while ensuring compliance with Japanese regulations and international labor standards.
