Songkran – Thai New Year
Every year from April 12 to 14 , Thailand celebrates Songkran , the Buddhist New Year. Neighboring countries such as Myanmar and Cambodia also observe this holiday, though dates may vary by country, region, and year. Observation of Japanese Language Education Classes
In Thailand, sending organizations and educational institutions must be established as separate legal entities. Even when a sending organization establishes a school, pre-departure training must be outsourced through formal agreements with educational institutions. Visit to a School Operated by a Former President of the Association
Several representatives from Japanese caregiving facilities visited Thailand for an on-site inspection. On this occasion, we visited Sucher Kindergarten School in Chonburi Province.The school is operated by Dr. Supawadee Duangsiri , who served as President of PRIVATE ELDERLY AND CHILD CARE ASSOCIATION THAILAND until February 2023 and currently acts as an advisor, contributing significantly to the advancement of caregiving education in Thailand.
