Welcoming Trainees under the Japan-Thailand Caregiving Human Resource Development Program

Today, trainees participating in the Japan-Thailand Caregiving Human Resource Development Program arrived safely at their assigned caregiving facilities, thanks to the support of supervising organizations.

They were warmly welcomed by facility directors, staff members, and senior Thai colleagues. A heartfelt welcome message written on a whiteboard encouraged the new trainees as they began their journey.

Through hands-on experience, trainees will enhance their caregiving skills in line with international standards while gaining confidence to work in Japan.

In addition to professional skills, trainees will deepen their understanding of Japanese culture and workplace practices, supporting long-term career development and stability.
